Booth Attendant - Sea Rocket

Booth attendants are responsible for all customer relations;, checking in, gift shop purchases, etc. Booth attendants will work with crews aboard all sea rocket vessels to ensure smooth boarding, offloading, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the ticket booth and surrounding area and customer relations in between. · Greet and welcome all future, present and past customers with a welcoming attitude
· Processing and handling ticket and giftshop purchases
· Checking guests in and collecting their tickets and vouchers
· Fully able to understand and answer any related questions
· Cleaning of the booth at the beginning & end of each day
· Working with the captain and boat mates to ensure accuracy on all rides
· Keeping the booth and surrounding area free of trash
Performs other duties as assigned
Provides regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or pursuit of a high school diploma, GED Equivalent
· Must be 18 years old or older
· 2+ years working in a customer oriented job
Success Factors:
· Good Attitude
· Must be enthusiastic, upbeat and energetic
· Ability to work a diverse work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
· Comfortable with public speaking/able to memorize boat and OC area facts
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing and sitting for long periods of time.
