  • Lead and champion the development and implementation of property specific sales and marketing strategies to drive group bookings, seasonal sales and hone in on key transient marketing tactics.
  • Provides exceptional guest service and regularly provides coaching to property staff on best tactics in guest service
  • Leads direct marketing and sales efforts through networking, trade organizational support and lead generation and follow up.
  • Closes the sale effectively being mindful of cost and budget impacts
  • Supports onsite group events and activities to ensure a great guest experience
  • Works closely with the Regional Sales Director and Corporate Marketing team to align property goals and corporate strategy together regarding sales, advertising, marketing, tradeshow and promotional materials and collateral
  • Works collaboratively with Revenue Management team to ensure pricing strategy best maximizes profitability
  • Maintains and owns regular reporting and metric evaluation
  • Regularly supports marketing analysis to understand competitors and industry trends
  • Support operating budget process
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Provides regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of Sales or Sales Management in hospitality or Reservation/Front Desk leadership
  • Associates or Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or other related field is preferred
