As a concierge, it is required to posses and in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, and travel options. Should understand the value of excellent customer service and can provide exceptional service to all of our guests.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Prior work experience in areas related to customer service
