A problem solver who can ensure the organization adheres to standard practices and procedures and safe guards the organization from financial issues.   This role supports the strategic vision of the organization through sound fiscal analysis.

  • Prepares and manages construction and project management financials and needs.
  • Supports cash flow management, accounts payable and construction budget management.
  • Prepares internal and external financial statements through thorough analysis, reconciliation of accounts and adherence to standard accounting practices and procedures
  • Provides accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual data, forecasts, reports, compliance and general information
  • Supports and implements process and procedure improvements to maximize efficiencies within accounting team including process for bank reconciliations, general ledger entry and accounting and AP/AR processes
  • Provides analysis for management and ownership on fiscal decisions, impacts, procedures
  • Supports the development of policies, controls, systems, financial studies of matters of importance.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Provides regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of book keeping, accounts payable or receivable experience and demonstrate a familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience in SAGE 300 or other related construction accounting software
