We are looking for FOH managers for our growing company!

Datz isn't for everybody. It's a high volume fast paced place with a big staff. If you're up for a challenge, then maybe this growing company is the place for you!

Are you an experienced manager? You need to be here. Full service dining management experience is a must have. A degree in hospitality management is a plus, but not required.

Are you available anytime? Because we are open 7 days a week and we need flexibility.

Are you an experienced service trainer? Because our primary focus is top notch training.

Are you super "guest centric?" Because customer service is important to us.

Can you take a budget and turn it into a solid schedule? And then manage the floor to that schedule? Do you have bar management or bar-tending experience? Buying or ordering experience? These are big pluses.

Lastly - are you techy? We use "state of the industry" software for just about everything we do. If you don't like mobile devices and computers........you probably wouldn't like the way we work.

If you've got these hard to find qualities and want to manage a great bunch of servers, bartenders, hosts, runners, bussers and baristas................shoot over your resume! What are you waiting for? DO IT!!!!!!!!

Responsibility:

  • Restaurant Manager will ensure company policy and Standards are followed.
  • Hiring, training and developing new hourly team members.
  • Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
  • Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices.
  • The Restaurant Manager will provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation.
  • Ensure food quality and availability.
  • Prepare and present hourly team member reviews.
  • Oversee and supervise all beverage purchasing.
  • Complete all tasks assigned

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high volume Restaurant Management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Passion for the business and compassion for people.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
  • Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
