OLIVIA Bartenders ensure that patrons have an excellent dining experience by providing quality customer service and providing beverage service for the restaurant. - Must be able to up sell and make recommendations from the menu
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff (team player)
- Involve management with any issues and be able to handle adversity.
- Issue bills and accept payment
- preparation of and execution of all beverages for OLIVIA
