The Curriculum Coordinator duties include:
- Interviewing potential new teachers
- Training new teachers on our SACS accredited curriculum, including our BrainWaves and STEAM curricula
- Ongoing coaching and counseling with teachers in the classroom
- Training teachers on strategies and tips that help with classroom management
- Willingness to work between the hours of 6:00am - 6:30pm Monday through Friday
- Leading lead teacher meetings to discuss important topics in their classrooms
- Attendance to off campus trainings (paid)
Candidate requirements:
- Associate Degree in ECE or higher
- Confidentially familiar with BFTS rules and regulations
- Clear national fingerprint background check
- 2+ years experience in accredited preschool
- Very positive and upbeat demeanor
- Kind and patient with children
- Well written and well spoken
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Previous trainer experience strongly preferred
