- Provides focused training to all hotel operational leaders
- Manages team of above property leaders to develop and execute regular operational strategies

- Implements and reinforces Naples Hotel Group and brand training.
- Work along side Revenue Management & Sales teams in monitoring short and long term revenue forecasting. Adjusting and creating strategy where needed.
- Creating annual budget and business plan for each hotel.
- Actively participates in business, community, and civic affairs in the local area to support the positioning of each hotel.
- Guides and monitors Above Property leaders and GM's to maintain proper employer/employee relations.
- Conduct associate performance evaluations process for all hotels.
- Analyze financial operating statements with property leaders for budget performance
- Maintain properties to be in compliance with all health, fire/safety, OSHA, and ADA regulations.
- Maintain personnel files and records in compliance with the state and federal laws.
- Work with executive team to develop and implement company operational strategies
- Communicate with Ownership groups on hotel performance, needs or requests.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to Train and Develop a team of people
- Ability to build a culture throughout entire organization
- Full understanding of financial controls
- Be able to work efficiently with technology
Formal Education:
BA or BS in Business Administration, Hotel Administration or Management or equivalent in experience.
Experience:
- Multi unit Hotel management
- Brand Experience with global brands (i.e. Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt or IHG)
- "Managing Managers" - managing a team of people who manage others
- Food and Beverage operations experience
Physical Requirements:
