Job Overview

Puff 'n Stuff Catering, Central Florida's premier caterer is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team!  Must possess strong qualities and the background to support the recruiting, retention, & talent development of active employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit for the various positions needed for multiple sites in Tampa and Orlando area
• Able to become knowledgeable about Puff 'n Stuff and its roles in order to best market our people and brand
• Handle the pre-screening of applicants to determine and negotiate salary requirements, preliminary fit, etc.
• Creating and adjusting job descriptions to post and fulfil roles
• Initiate and/or participate in Job Fairs, interviews, and other promotional events to attract quality associates to the organization.
• Comply with all industry, customer and company regulations and operating procedures
• Efficiently provide administrative support determined by site management to meet the deadlines associated with corporate paperwork
• Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or other such hours per day or hours per week as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
• Superior research techniques
• Extensive knowledge with using hiring boards and social media
• Advocate for candidates essentially "selling" them to hiring managers
• Able to effectively communicate working with candidates and hiring managers

Who we are seeking:

• Must have 3-5 years previous experience in the Hospitality field
• Track record of recruiting and maintaining employees
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office software
