Job Purpose: Performs administrative functions to facilitate payroll operations for multiple hotel locations. Aides managers in keeping track of PTO, new hires, separations, I-9 authorizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Weekly payroll submissions
- Tracks wage and salary adjustments, promotions, promotions, and PTO.
- Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, and statistical records of performance data.
- Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems.
- May assist in preparation of budget needs.
- May interview job applicants, conduct orientation of new employees, and plan training programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills:
- Knowledge of using payroll software required
- Logically make decisions based on personal experience as well as facts and figures.
- Interpret information in mathematical, written and diagram form
- Compute and record numbers correctly.
- Accounting software knowledge in M3 Accounting is preferred, but not required.
- Perform work that is routine and detailed.
- Follow procedures for keeping records.
- Speak and write clearly and with authority.
