Are you a detail-oriented team player with proven Hilton experience in an Accounting Clerk role? We are seeking individuals with a background in general office, accounts receivable, and customer service to join our team. The ideal candidates should be passionate about providing a high-quality service. 

Job Purpose:  To provide support to the accounting department, responsibilities include assisting with various financial tasks, performing data entry, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and diligently upholding accuracy in all financial operations.

 Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and reconcile Hotel Daily Revenue.
  • Investigate ONQ adjustments and advise on any discrepancies.
  • Post and reconcile Daily Income to the M3 Accounting System.
  • Perform daily Tax-Exempt Reconciliation and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle daily F&B Promo and reconciliation to the General Ledger.
  • Review daily Restaurant and Front Desk allowances and make necessary corrections.
  • Schedule and perform inventories for the bar, pantry, and food.
  • Assist guests with disputes and questions.
  • Review, investigate, and clear house accounts with the relevant hotel department.
  • Review and post Hilton Honors points properly to corresponding guests.

 Qualifications:  

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Hilton Experience as an Accounting Clerk
  • Alternative qualifications in general office, accounts receivable, or customer service will be considered.
  • An equivalent combination of experience will also be evaluated.
  • ONQ/M3 Accounting System preferred.
