Job Purpose:  To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience.

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Greet, register, and provide service to all incoming & outgoing guests
  2. Answer reservation requests, change requests, and cancelations in a timely manner
  3. Coordinates with fellow departments to meet and exceed guest satisfaction
  4. Answer all guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services and local attractions
  5. Assist in developing employee morale
  6. Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents presented at the Front Desk or through Reservations, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
  7. Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees
  8. Ensure that payment, cash, and paid out procedures are adhered to by all Front Desk staff during each shift
  9. Ensure and enforce all Front Desk Agents are in proper uniform attire
  10. Maintain a visibly clean and orderly Front Desk and Pantry area
  11. Enforce all standard Hilton practices, package handling, and guest safety procedures
  12. Conduct team trainings and address areas of opportunity
  13. Act as a Manager on Duty when required
  14. Monitor all V.I.P.'s, special guests and requests
  15. Takes responsibility of supervising the F&B outlets in the absence of the F&B Supervisor

 Job Skills:

  1. Speak clearly and listen carefully.
  2. Use personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people.
  3. Communicate well with many different kinds of people.
  4. Change easily and frequently from one activity to another such as from typing to interviewing, to searching in a directory, to using a telephone.
  5. Use eyes, hands, and fingers accurately while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard.

Job Qualifications:  

 Education

 HS Diploma or equivalent.

 Experience 

Minimum 1-year Front Desk Supervisory position, general office, accounts receivable or customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination.
